Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the garment; approved returns will be processed for a full refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
